Account Coordinator
Long Island based digital promotion marketing agency seeks an Account Coordinator whose energetic and “can do” attitude will be deemed an asset in our goal to develop, manage and support new and existing accounts that utilize Sweepstakes, Contests, Incentives and Games to promote and achieve their marketing goals.
The Account Coordinator will assist and support the management of multiple projects and client relationships, directly reporting to an Account Executive, and/or Account Manager. The work is highly detailed and fast paced, requiring strict attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively and harmoniously within their internal Account Team, with our valued clients, third party vendors and business partners.
Administrative duties will include:
- learning existing processes/procedures
- prioritizing and managing work flow assigned to deliver by date/time specified
- effectively converse via phone, email and in writing with consumers and clients
- preparing reports
- generating and managing program timelines
- reviewing official rules
- billing/invoicing
- assisting with proposals and presentations
- notifying potential winners
- fulfilling prizes
- collaborate with internal departments (creative, technology, legal, fulfillment, finance, etc.) to successfully execute and deliver quality projects to our clients, on-time and on-budget
- act as back up when the main contact for a program is out of the office
Requirements:
- 1+ years office experience within an agency or marketing department setting
- BA/BS required in a related discipline (e.g. advertising, PR, marketing, communications, etc.)
- Understanding of the basics of Sweepstakes, Contests and Games
- High level of engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and in other social media channels
- Familiarity with digital media, online marketing services & analytics
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be a team player
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- PC/Mac Proficient including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Account Executive
Long Island based digital promotion marketing agency seeks a Promotion Account Executive with experience in supporting clients as well as developing and managing new and existing accounts that utilize Sweepstakes, Contests, Incentives and Games to promote and achieve their marketing goals.
The Promotion Account Executive will help manage several client relationships and oversee multiple projects, directly reporting to an Account Director or a Vice President. The work is highly detailed and fast paced, requiring strict attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will be responsible for account management including building and maintaining client relationships, managing work flow from the Account Director to the Promotion Account Coordinator.
Administrative duties will include:
- manage promotions from conception to completion within your assigned team
- collaborate with client to ascertain necessary promotion requirements; then communicate these
requirements to your team to attain required results - create and manage production timelines, communicate timeline expectations to relevant client
contacts, suppliers and internal personnel - build a relationship with your team, mentoring and coaching your Project Coordinator
- build your knowledge and expertise as it pertains to Promotion Marketing
- prioritize and manage work flow assigned to deliver by date/time specified
- effectively converse via phone, email and in writing with consumers and clients,
- writing of official rules to ensure that they are in compliance with current laws,
- managing creation of purchase orders, invoices and proformas for each account,
- creating proposals and presentations,
- collaborate with internal departments (creative, technology, legal, fulfillment, finance, etc.) to
successfully execute and deliver quality projects to our clients, on-time and on-budget. - build brand relationships, scope and acquire new business clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years account/project management experience within an agency setting
- Prior experience with a promotion marketing agency
- Understanding of the basics of Sweepstakes, Contests and Games
- Able to author Sweepstakes, Contests and Instant Win Game Official Rules
- Familiarity with digital/social media, online marketing services & analytics
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Able to motivate internal team to achieve project goals and deadlines
- Able to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proven record of managing and growing client relationships
- True team player who can exceed in a highly-dynamic and fluid working environment.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.
