Our Process

In our business, every project is a bit of a thumbprint in that no two are exactly alike. We use our hands-on approach and generational knowledge for each project to deliver the right results specifically tailored for every promotion.

Step I
Delivery

Overview discussions to discover the hurdles we need to help our clients overcome. 

  • The project brief (timing, geographic & age eligibility, prizing, etc.)
  • Major goals to achieve by the end of the promotion
  • Planned advertising including social media, etc.
  • Potential feasibility and logistical challenges
  • Legal and regulatory requirements 
  • Introduction to the team managing the scope of the project on the client side
  • And anything else we need to know about the upcoming promotion, including: prize procurement, inbound P.O. boxes, online submission forms, email language, prize fulfillment expectations, and so on.
  • We answer any questions as clearly and directly as we can based on the information/knowledge available at that time.

Step II
Scope

  • Our team creates the scope of work for the project.  

  • We have another conversation to confirm we’ve nailed the deliverables and update accordingly. 

  • We provide an estimated date for completion of the deliverables and a preliminary statement of work based on these deliverables.

Step III
Administration

We generate and execute the full extent of the deliverables. 

Deliverables can include:

  • Security assessments
  • Technical aspects
    • Procure vanity URL
    • Tracking/cookies
    • Design and web development
  • Prize Procurement
  • And so much more!

Step IV
Fulfillment

  • We comply with the promotion official rules to select a potential winner (randomized sweepstakes drawing, contest judging, etc.)

  •  Our fulfillment team contacts the potential winner to confirm their eligibility

  • We coordinate with the confirmed winner and ensure the prize is delivered

  • We process/issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner, if required.
