While we can’t offer legal advice, we leverage our 65+ years of experience to ensure your promotion is in line with applicable regulations. We will also review the content and nature of your promotional materials (including copy and creative) then provide you with our recommendation on how it can be improved/modified to ensure that your messaging and delivery are compliant. Our recommendations are based on our practical knowledge and experience on Promotion Laws, which may affect promotions as those laws are currently enforced.
